Join us this Father’s Day between Monday 2nd - Friday 13th June 2025, 9am - 5pm each day
Wooden hearts will be available to personalise and write a message in memory of a loved one. These can either be taken home or hung on a memorial.
Cards will be available in the waiting room and office to write a card for your loved one and post it in our memorial post box.
No booking is required.
